HRC Attacks NOM For Hiding Its Financials. Except HRC Is Doing To Exact Same Thing Right Now

hrcvisa

The National Organization for Marriage has spent its entire existence being shady about who’s donating the cash that lets the anti-gay group spend money in political races. NOM has gone to court to keep its financials private, so much so that the Human Rights Campaign, instead of spending time and energy going after lazy Democratic lawmakers, has filed (is filing?) an official complaint with the Internal Revenue Service to force NOM to turn over the tax records it is legally required, as a non-profit, to release. So it’s sort of hilarious to see HRC also refusing to turn over the tax forms it is legally required to make public — and have San Francisco-based activist Michael Petrelis file an IRS complaint against the organization.

      I loathe NOM.

But HRC are hypocritical morons for pursuing NOM for engaging in the exact same behaviour that HRC is.

Nobody cares. All of gay Inc. is a scam just like NOM. We just can’t seem to get that through our thick heads.

It will be interesting to see just where this goes. Nobody to this point is holding NOM accountable, even the courts.
