“If you want that lifestyle, don’t make my tax dollars pay for it, and don’t make me teach it to my children.” —Alexandria Coronado, president of Orange County’s Board of Education, on a proposal to support Harvey Milk Day. Last week, the board voted unanimously to oppose it. Oh, did we mention Ms. Coronado insists she has gay friends? Name them, please.
That’s great, then don’t take the tax dollars of gays and lesbians who are not planning on having children to support schools where her children attend. Or better yet, any people not with children, give them a tax break as well.

Lifestyle? Isnt that like living in Orange County and going to a mega-church, and driving a capitalist SUV, and hanging out at Fashion Island in Newport Beach??
Lifestyle? Isnt when my husband gets fired for loving the same man for twenty years.
I dont live a Lifestyle. I live a involuntary prison sentence, with good taste, of course.
Make more money of us….come on….its the only thing youre good at, the misery of others for your benefit

If someone wants to smoke all of their life, that’s fine. But don’t use my tax dollars to keep them alive well past their expiration date. But, I don’t have a choice in that matter. And even though I said it, and even though the sentiment is somewhat valid, I personally don’t espouse it. Though there are plenty of teabaggers who probably do.

Good God. I call this county home, too. Forgive me, Bea Arthur, for I know not what I do.
