They have been independent from Britain since 1947, so I think this is more than enough time for them to change the law if they wanted to!!! And you would think with all the grotesque overpopulation that India suffers from that they would actively encourage gay sex as a means of bringing the numbers of ill-educated religious nutjobs/morons down to manageable levels. When the British left India in 1947 India's population was 450million, it is now way over 1 Billion and climbing.
