Internet’s Conservatives Don’t Think Obama Is The Worst ‘Ultra Left-Wing Kook’

Polling 43 of the web’s leading conservative bloggers, Right Wing News (not to be confused with Right Wing Watch) tallied the Internet’s worst liberal offenders. Or, as they note, the worst among “the gangsters, serial killers, mass murderers, incompetent & crooked politicians, spies, traitors, and ultra left-wing kooks in all of American history.” Barack Obama only came in at No. 2.

      @Mike: Win!

      This country is doomed. Half the country can’t loathe the other half as much as we do here in the USA and continue without civil war, can we? I for one welcome it; I’m sick of living with these retards, in-bred’s & religious zealots. Time we split, peacefully or at the point of a gun. The real United States of America vs. Jesustopia…and Mexico can have Texas back. Please.

      John Wilkes Booth is the only confederate on that list, no Jefferson Davis, no Robert E. Lee, no Nathan Forrest; also no anti civil rights monsters of the 1950s and ’60s like all those Southern govs and sherrifs.

      That really tells you all you need to know about conservatives today.

      To bad the poll wasn’t for who was the worst president of all times. That would have been a tie between good ole Ronnie (lets see just how fast this debt-of a bitch will go) and GW Dumbass (I swear they had WMDs…I double dog swear it). Conservatives still lead the race of dumbest Americans alive in past and present.

      @Rob: Hate to agree with them on anything but Nixon was a Liberal on economic issues. On some domestic issues, he was in fact a much better President than Clinton. By far. Nixon set up the Environmental Protection Agency, he wanted a national healthcare bill (which the Democratic majority rejected because they didn’t want to give him any major wins on domestic policy) and he did something that would make any modern Republican shit themselves if Obama had done it; he imposed wage and price controls over the economy (talk about socialism!) because of ongoing inflation. Nixon was terrible on foreign matters and on social issues like civil rights but on economic matters, I wish Obama could get away with being as Liberal as he was. They don’t make Republicans like him anymore…unfortunately.

      I honestly think we’re looking at the USA breaking apart in my life time. The Tea Partiers are dominionist theocrats in disguise and prefer the 10 commandments to the US constitution.

      I won’t be sad to see Texas go, for personal reasons (they were, after all their own republic, albeit briefly) but what has been hailed as the “greatest experiment ever in democracy” (the US) is being torn apart. I don’t know where to cast blame other than to say “we are a nation divided” and I’m not sure that we’re collectively able to fix that.
      How very very sad.
