Bachmann has a mind? We know she has a QUEER husband.

“It’s either going to drive them into further irrelevancy, or what’s going to happen is the issue will be resolved for them by the Democrats. And I think that’s what they’re praying for. That the issue will be solved by Democrats and then everyone can pretend they were always for it and we can move on.”

Republicans are not leaders. They cheat and let others lead and then do their best to take credit for it. GOP is embarrassingly inept. These obstructionists ran our Country into the ground and then dragged their heels when it came time for real leaders to fix it. We must never forget what they’ve done to us. They must not taste power for a century, nor ever allow another ScaliaAlitoThomas worm to occupy the Supreme Court. Voter suppression and gerrymandering will be their only hope of sticking around long enough to tie the system into a knot, as the Party of “No.” The Republican Party will split into two and they will fail for their lack of leadership and vision.

This is exactly what I’ve been saying. I am against the petitions to have Tony Perkins banned from CNN and other news outlets for this reason, or to shut down any homophobes soap box. I think they should be allowed to speak, not only as a matter of free speech, and not only as a matter of appearing fair, but to expose their nonsense. No one is getting us more supporters than people like Bryan Fischer and his ilk.

The more people see that they just hate gays irrationaly, the more people discount all their arguments, even the ones that seem valid. Even now, Maggie Gallagher and Brian Brown are being exposed as just the usual bunch of gay haters, and their campaign has nothing to do with saving “traditional marriage.” Let them reveal themsevles — young people are not stupid and they see through their BS. Older people eventually realize that they have nothing but hate.

What about all those anti-gay black ministers on the south side of Chicago? They’re the ones who killed same-sex marriage in Illinois through the Black Caucus.

@hf2hvit, “Bachmann has a mind? We know she has a QUEER husband.” How do you know he’s gay?

I don’t get why Michelle Bachmann hates gays so much anyways. She seems to forget that divas live off their gay fanbase. Does she really think that Anita Bryant is a better role model to aspire to than, say Cher, Barbra Streisand, Bette Midler, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Cyndi Lauper and other divas who owe everything to LGBT audiences and acknowledge it?

What Bachmann should do is actively court the LGBT community, participate in pride events, describe herself as a fag hag, etc… Unless she is stupid enough to believe there’s a section of the LGBT community who secretly idolizes Anita Bryant.
