The cute boys want to be with guys similar to them (If we talk about love), and this designer is a good profesional and very rich but honestly he is not a hottie.
Anyway, Louis (who is pretty hunk and his job is very good) have a video in his youtube channel (about his birthday party. And this video was uploaded in January 2012) which, I think, it shows his old boyfriend (young and cute) dancing at the party (if I am not mistaken it). So really, I am not sure that they actually broke up their relationship (I am referring to the young and cute guy and not to the designer).
By the way, I love this actor/model.
