Is It Automatically Funny When Two Straight Male Comedians Kiss For An Audience?

THE SHOT: Step Brothers Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly stop eating their hamburgers to smooch for the Lakers’ Kiss Cam at a recent playoff game. Viewed one way, these two propagate the idea that two men kissing should be a punchline. Viewed another way… yay, male bonding!

The Kiss Cam: Forcing straight male celebrities to make out since the 2010 NBA Finals.

Nothing they do together or apart could turn me into a fan of either.
Each is about as funny as a biopsy needle.

I’m surprised, you’d think that with their salaries, both of them could do better.

Will Ferrell has kissed a man in Talladega Nights. I think he’s probably one of the most gay-friendly actors in Hollywood. I’ve never seen ultra-liberals like George Clooney or Brad Pitt kiss another man.

Perhaps we should be criticizing people like Clooney and Pitt, two guys who promote their liberal credentials but fail to be substantive in their concern for gay civil rights.

dvlaries won the thread in the first post!

I wouldn’t allow either dude within kissing distance of me, and that’s not because they’re afflicted with the curse of heterosexuality. There arent enough wetnaps in the world to sanitize my lips after a kiss like that !
