Depends on who you ask. The father of the teen, who filed a battery complaint over the May 29 incident, alleges the actress of pushing and shoving him so hard he was bruised — all while he was just trying to catch a movie with his girlfriend at The Grove in Los Angeles!
Or? Not. Foster’s rep insists, “This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo. He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet.”
So less of a fan, more like an enterprising amateur stalker?

How in the world is a 17 year old kid a “professional paparazzo” ? Did he start taking pictures when he was 7? Maybe if Jodie would just come out she wouldn’t have anything to hide and wouldn’t mind having her photo taken. I used to like Jodie, but she was wrong in this case.

I think that this kid was probably too aggressive, and that her response was also. I don’t see why she doesn’t have a body guard 24/7 after the whole John lennon thing.

In this day and age a 17 year old guy would be the perfect person to be a paparazzo. He would know all about digital technology …are you kidding me?
He can use that a nice digital SLR. A Mark II, D5 or D7 maybe. Edit on photoshop and email to his favorite buyer. Hell, he can even send them an HD .mov file at 1080p or 720P
