Is Richard Hatch Headed Back to Prison?

On the condition of his release from federal prison for failing to report hundreds of thousands of dollars in earnings on his IRS forms, Survivor winner Richard Hatch agreed to refile his 2000 and 2001 returns. But he never did that, he says, because he has an appeal before the U.S. Tax Court. Doesn’t matter, say federal prosecutors in Rhode Island: They want Hatch to be sent back to jail. Which might get in the way of another reality TV windfall: Hatch, 49, is supposed to appear on Celebrity Apprentice in March.
