It is not clear what this product is. From the name I assume it is some kind of padded underwear for the marginally endowed. You know, so you don't have to stuff a sock in your drawers anymore to appear hung.

I believe the cocksox is one of those "lift and separate" things. It lifts up your junk so it looks bulgier.
