Is The Internet Still Making Videos About Trolls?

I love B. Scott, and not just because his website, LoveBScott.com, tells me to. But how many times must the issue of obnoxious haters be addressed before we start hating on videos about obnoxious haters? If you haven’t already learned the lesson about ridding your life of drama-causing negativity, it’s either because 1) You actually enjoy it; or 2) You are one of the people who enjoy causing it.

This thing makes me sick to my stomach sometimes! This video is
just a bunch narcissistic self affirmation from someone
who is truly suffering from self worth issues despite his
      proclamations to the contrary.

So I guess you can call me a “Hater or a Troll”, but
the truth is there for all to see. If those people are meaningless
to you, why make video after video about them?

      Ugh!!

      @Black Pegasus:

I disagree. I’m not a B-Scott “fan” or even follower but having read Queerty’s write up and your comment before getting through the video I was expecting far worse. To me, it’s not so much about “haters” and “trolls” as much as friends and the people you surround yourself with. Perhaps I see it that way because I know I once was a debbie downer when my friends were doing well and I’ve also had to let friends go when I started doing better myself.

But I think the central premise of being okay with being “narcisistic” as it relates to loving yourself, enjoying your success, and abandoning negative situations and people is a sound one.

Most YouTubes aren’t closed-captioned. I’ve been telling friends for years there is a decided upside to hearing loss. Here we are again.

@Yet Another: I can accept your point of view. And I also agree with it. But my previous comments were SPECIFICALLY targeted towards B. Scott and his overall persona. While the message of his video is universal, his intent
(in my view) was not genuine.

I base my thoughts on watching many of his videos, and it seems he
gives his detractors far too much focus. So I’m in agreement with
Queerty on this one; “Videos about “Haters and Trolls” are so last year”..

He’s really, really annoying. Almost on the level of that shirtless guy whose name I forget that Queerty is always posting.

And how the hell can he afford that apartment?

Most of you seem to be exact kind of people his video is about..

“How the Hell can he afford that apartment?”

What difference does it make? You’re not paying his rent.

Yeah that really wasn’t so bad, and as annoying as B Scott can be at times, he speaks the truth. It’s nice to see a young gay guy doing well for himself, and I can’t hate on that. And yes, that apartment is pretty fab.
