Jack Donaghy On Why 30 Rock And Modern Family Will Never Share a Gay Wedding Episode

Here is Alec Baldwin’s contribution to Fight Back NY, the Tim Gill-funded PAC that has made a video game out of removing anti-gay state lawmakers from office. Baldwin’s effort follows (or rather, backpacks on) Jesse Tyler Ferguson’s own video, promising a third installment where they will invite George Clooney into bed with them.

I love the idea of doing what every toher group does. Rather than sitting there saying “Please Like Me!, if we invite you to our gala, will you like us then?” and “Don’t worry, you once said that gays might not be evil, so now we will never say anything bad about you!”

I love that this group is saying “Ok, you attacked us, now we are going to try to oust you in the next election.” Keeping their cushy jobs is the only thing Politicians understand, and for too long we have sat back, not responded and let politicians use us to try to get votes by attacking us.

If attacking us makes their reelection harder that will stop in a hurry.
