Stop the presses, everyone, James Franco is being weird again.
This story’s a bit of a down-the-rabbit-hole of celebrity and pop culture, so we’re going to try to make sense of it as best we can:
First, the DuPont chemical products known as Kanye West and Kim Kardashian appeared on Ellen’s daytime talk show in a bizarre music video. It’s a weird hilarious mashup of boobs and stock footage and “riding” a motorcycle that is completely stationary. It’s called “Bound 2.” There is no “Bound 1” that anyone seems to know of.
So in response, James Franco and Seth Rogen made a shot-for-shot remake that is a million times more watchable. It’s called “Bound 3.”

And now, James has released some art that he created to commemorate the experience. It features him and Seth cuddling and being all close amidst some garish colors. These appear to be screen grabs from the “Bound 3” video — or maybe they’re backstage snapshots? The point is, Seth’s topless, which is all we care about.
It is not the most attractive composition we’ve ever seen, nor the most thought-provoking, but there are famous people in it so let’s all take a look at the full gallery.

Great. Another couple of straight guys pretending to be gay to be disgusting and humorous. Why can’t these two just f-k off? ESPECIALLY Franco, he just ISN’T gay and I’m so sick of him using homosexuality to generate interest in his celebrity. It’s exploitative and DUMB.

Lighten up people. I think it’s fun. Gender bending is not new in Hollywood. If gay men can use it then I don’t see why straight men can’t do the same.

@Pistolo: Pretty sure he is gay and doing all this to get people off his back which is working since your response is the one he wanted all along. He reminds me of Mac from Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I’m sure 20 years from now he’ll come out when no one cares so he can write a book about it.
