Tomorrow, legendary actress Jane Fonda will sit down with Bravo’s Andy Cohen for a candid conversation on the 40th anniversary of her Oscar-winning role in Klute, with special guest Sandra Bernhard on hand to lead a live auction.
The event will benefit Fonda’s Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention, which she founded in 1995.
Also starring Donald Sutherland and directed by Alan J. Pakula, Klute, upon its release in 1971, garnered praise, particularly for Fonda’s nuanced portrayal of prostitute Bree Daniels. In 2006, Premiere magazine named Fonda’s performance #91 on its list of the 100 Greatest Performances of All Time.
Expected guests include fellow two-time Oscar winner and all-around awesome mom Sally Field, Amanda Seyfried, Simon Doonan, Jonathan Adler, Jenna Bush Hager, Barbara Bush, Grace Gummer and Cory Bond.
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
The event will take place tomorrow night at New York’s The Darby Downstairs and you can purchase tickets here – general admission is $200 and VIP tickets are $500.
