What a crock of shit.

What Obama is proposing is just that those in the higher income bracket are taxed the same as they were during Clinton's admin. A slight 3% increase (+ only for that portion of their personal income that exceeds 200K for indivs. + 250K for families/couples). As I recall, we had a budget surplus following Clinton. So, I'm not buying all of this crap about Obama's plan being "dangerous".

It's just downright common sense: Dems want to make things better for everyone by giving the working + middle class a break, which in turn benefits the upper crust + those whom own small businesses patronized by the lower classes. Also, the problem with Joe's "hypothetical" question was that he didn't understand the truth about Obama's tax plan + how it would affect him. In fact, he'd more than likely get a tax cut under Obama's plan, like millions of other middle class families would benefit from it.

The thing is, somebody is always going to get a tax break; with Obama, it's the everyman, with McCain it's the fat-cat.

If you're a fat-cat, fine, vote McCain. For most of us, however, Obama's "crazy" (but not really) tax plan would benefit us.

As for Joe, he was just a rabble-rouser + knows it would actually behoove him to vote for Obama like members of the United Association of Plumbers (which endorses Obama, btw) plan to do.

I'm tired of hearing all this Socialist B.S. Again, somebody is always going to get more of a break, so to speak; it's only a question of whom. In McCain's plan, it's likely not you or Joe the Cop next door.

Before he was all over the news; a Florida radio host had him on his radio show. Joe had no desire to be part of this brew ha that has erupted. He was throwing the football around with his son when a big group of people were gathering and moving down his street. Turns out it was Obama; as he stood there he was acknowledged by Obama and that is when he asked HIS "Hypothetical" question. Regardless of his circumstance(he is a Plumber working for a master Plumber); he has a goal of buying the plumbing company that his boss is selling that sounds as though may make above $250k. Regardless of what the company actually makes; Obama's response was the newsworthy piece of the story. Essentially Obama admitted he believes its alright to take money from small to medium size businesses and give it to people because they have a warm breath and would like that same opportunity. His response clearly established his belief in a hard core a Socialist agenda.

McCain was very smart to use this guy as he represents a lot of us out there that are against Socialism and redistribution of wealth. Unfortunately he didn't hit Obama hard enough and straight out call him what he is; a Socialist.

Last nite on CNN they discussed the attack machine and falsities that the Obama camp has put together against Joe; your average hardworking family man in a toss-up state with a valid dream; and the conclusion is that this will backfire on them if they keep it up. The Obama camp has made headway with the "Average White Blue-collar worker" but that gain will evaporate in an instance if that group believes your beating up on this guy. I for one, hope they continue as I see Obama as one of the most dangerous politicians I have seen in my lifetime; and this coming from a person that has not voted Republican since 1988. Stalin and Kruschev must be laughing in hell at the possibility of us picking a guy that would fit just fine in the Politburo.

I'm w/Fredo. I totally see him as a tool, in more ways than one...nothing else, though.

And YEAH, total fraud...and a tax dodging douche, if the reports are true.
