John McCain Campaign Screening Liberal Media?

There’s a conspiracy theory floating around that the McCain aides fielding questions during conference calls with reporters are not subscribing to the usual operating procedure of these things — where any reporter can anonymously dial the toll-free number, dial *1, and wait to ask a question, no matter what media outlet they’re phoning in for — but instead are screening reporters ahead of time, leaving many liberals on the McCain trail without much access.

Well I don’t think too many are denied access since there really is no “liberal media” that I’ve been able to find for many years now. And the MSM just loves McCain and continues to promote his “war hero” status, his “maverick” status and his “straight talker” status when none of those titles have are true. McCain, who is using Rove and his minions will follow the playbook that worked so well for Bush; screening those that attend his “town hall” meetings, pre-screening questioners, planting questions and questioners and don’t be surprised to find Gannon or other fake journalists providing softball questions for the old fool. John McNuts, just more of the same old GOP crap.
