Looks like Juan José Martínez Matos (pictured) won’t be deemed too crazy to stand trial for the murder of Jorge Steven López Mercado, who he confessed to brutally dismembering and killing, after a court appointed psychologist declared the defendant mentally capable. Here come the hate crimes.
