      “Sometimes”. Result is reported and therefore statistically significant, but strength of effect is not given. With a large sample size it could be very weak.

      If the amygdala can be programmed one way, then it can also be programmed against bigotry. There is o evidence from the study that bigotry is innate.

      No man, this shit is learned. When you constantly see movies where black is bad and white is good, gay is bad and straight is good, it’s bound to influence you subconsciously. Some pretty liberal people still jump off a plane when a Muslim in full dress sits next to them.

      And how large was this study? And where were the people from that participated? Any difference in results that correlate to difference in age? Did they have the same result with participants of other races?

      Sorry, but you can do just about anything with statistics. I’m not buyin’ it.

      I wonder if this test can be switched for sexuality where instead of flashing faces they could either flash a penis or a vagina. Could be interesting.
