Former professional rugby player Kayne Lawton is the chosen face and muscles for 2015’s first teamm8 Mate of the Month. Kayne began playing for the Gold Coast Titans when he was just 20 years old. And while this impressive accomplishment is definitely worthy of being dubbed a Mate of the Month, there is another specific reason Kayne Lawton was selected to kick off the new year. Now 25 years old, Kayne’s current aspiration is to establish his own online business as a dietician and training coach.
Kayne Lawton strives to be the best he can be, and to truly maximize his potential. By sharing his personal diet plans and approaches to fitness digitally, Kayne hopes to become a role model to people — a symbol that a fit physique is attainable the natural way, through diet and exercise. Kayne is leading by example and constantly improving upon his website. Through hard work in the gym, office, and kitchen, Kayne is seeing what does and doesn’t work for achieving fitness goals.
