Keith Kimmel Died of a Drug Overdose
Keith Kimmel, the Queerty reader who filed suit in Oklahoma after being denied an “IM GAY” license plate, died in March of a drug overdose involving oxycodone, his autopsy concludes. There was much that remained unclear after his sudden death following a public bar fight that involved police.

Unfortunately, I suspected as much. I know on one of the previous threads some people were thinking that it might be his heart, but even though he was obese and we know now that he had atherosclerosis, it still would have been quite unusual for someone his age to have died for reasons only related to the heart. Not unheard of, but very unusual, so drugs were the more likely culprit. Now we know for sure.
