Knocked Out!
South African women’s rights activists wanted to protest an event at which convicted rapist and known wife beater Mike Tyson would appear with African National Congress leader and potential president Jacob Zuma, who was acquitted of rape charges in 2006. Authorities refused to permit them. For the women’s own protection, perhaps?
