Larry Craig's Oral Fixation

Idaho Senator Larry Craig's crusade to clear his name continues:

Idaho Sen. Larry Craig will get his next day in Minnesota's courts on Sept. 10.

That's the date for oral arguments on his attempt to withdraw his guilty plea in a sex sting at the Minneapolis airport.

Craig was arrested last summer in a bathroom stall by an undercover officer who said Craig solicited sex. Craig pleaded guilty, but later said that was a mistake.

A Hennepin County judge refused to allow Craig to withdraw his plea. Now a three-judge panel of the Minnesota Court of Appeals will consider the Republican's case.

3-on-1. That's interesting, but we can't help but wonder where the third judge goes… (Rimshot!)

Two easily in that ample rear. We've seen skinnier guys in the movies do it.

I hope they aptly consider his case a waste of words and court time.

The thing is Larry Craig has to be so pissed. He pled guilty hoping the whole thing would be hidden, not realizing this means the MSM (main stream media) will report that he is a self-confessed MSM (man who has sex with men). If he hadn't done this, the media MSM would never have mentioned his sexuality, and news would have been relegated to "fringe" web sites http://www.blogactive.com/

Look at David Dreier.

It would be real interesting if he was permitted to withdraw his plea, and then he was tried and convicted. Being that he is rich he probably doesn't think that is a possibility. But if he wasn't convicted, could you still call him homosexual?

The question I have is, "If he withdraws his guilty plea then won't he be prosecuted in full extent under the original arrest complaint?" AND, since he entered a guilty plea, shouldn't he be required to register as an admitted SEX OFFENDER?

I wonder if the Republican Party will demolish the men's room at the MN airport before the convention and all the reporters arrive.
