Perhaps the recent research showing that people taking ARVs for extended periods of time have serious health concerns at young ages will dissuade some younger guys from thinking “I’m going to get it anyway, so I might as well stop trying to prevent it” or that it’s fully treatable.

See, this is one of the many reasons why Chi Chi is in charge. Not only is she talented, pleasant and fun, but she has common sense and the guts to stand up and say it. She has been putting these PSAs on movies for years, this is nothing new.

Why not Issue a Health warning “BAREBACK EQUALS POZ” like a Health Warning on Cigarettes and force legislation to make it mandatory on Porn videos (Gay, Straight or Otherwise) which feature barebacking (unsafe sex)?????

Isn’t it up to the individual to choose whether to protect themselves or not, the same with what porn they want.
Bareback sex and all male/gay sex porn is a huge-monolithic topic. Chi-Chi makes a valid point, but at the same time those models accept their conditions to perform in bareback/condom-less movies-whether it be for money or sexual desire.
A next best step, I believe, for Chi-chi would be to make a strong campaign with other all male porn companies who also believe in safe sex performances for their features and models - whether or not they are competition for one another.
