The Log Cabin Republicans, fresh off their legal win, will today ask Judge Virginia Phillips to issue an immediate injunction against further DADT dismissals, something you can be sure DoJ will object to, because the federal government loves loves loves spending taxpayer dollars to argue it has the right to discriminate against them.
