Prove that Frank didn’t gut ENDA and Feinstein didn’t FIGHT to put bigots in the federal judiciary to pander to bigots. Prove that Clinton doesn’t use the race card and the mulsim card to smear Obama. Prove they didn’t trash our agenda so the Republicans wouldn’t have wedge issues. And prove it based on laws passed and vetoes overridden, not on utterly worthless campaign promises. Prove it. Let’s see your list.

I agree that no matter what, race should not be part of this debate. As far as people citing that black girls keep having babies to get welfare I disagree,in some states a girl can only receive $285 a month for the first child and $65 a month for every other child. You can only get money benefits for a total of 63 months in your lifetime. Also the majority of black women on welfare in are married or divorced adults and not teens because if they live with their parents the state counts their parents income.

You must agree that people are not educating their children soon enough about sex and STDs — in all races, not just in the black community. One must wonder if that will even stop teens from having unprotected sex. The majority of time it apparent that girls of all races think that pregnancy cannot happen to them. Even my friend Shandede (I changed her name for purpose of privacy) who had no clue that she was pregnant and had an abortion in her panty-hose at our local dance club, was unaware do the incredible opportunities to learn more about birth control out there. All parents, not just those of black children who still have parents at home, need to start EARLY in teaching their kids about respecting themselves and their bodies, and about their futures and how to best achieve their goals. They need to warn their kids about the obstacles they can avoid like teen pregnancy & drugs, like in the show the WIRE when the black are selling drugs, way before they’re sexually active, this needs to take place in grade school todays kids are exposed to so much sexual content they’re way more sophisticated about it then when we were young. But if any girl, black or not, gets raped by her father, she should be able to have an abortion and not try to put a hanger in her uterus and cause a self inflicted abortion.
