The catholic church also opposes premarital sex, contraception and divorce: does he also insist the church turn away children whose parents are divorced, unmarried, or using contraception? On the contrary, he did quite explicitly welcome into the kingdom of heaven all "eunuchs" (which is he closest Biblical term to our word "homosexual" ) and had not a word to say against the Roman centurion who asked him to heal his sick boyfriend. The way they lived their lives accepting and just going along with all the injustices gay people continue to endure, yet being thankful they had the means to jump through all the hoops to try and have a "normal" life like all straight people who have those rights without question! Like I said, it made me think of the abuse e who can't understand why their denial of their situation and undying love for their abuser just isn't enough to stop their abuser from treating them like sh*t! As I read this latest response from this couple, I really wanted to have have empathy for them and their situation, but I couldn’t help thinking about people in an abusive relationship!
