Poor Lindsey. He enrolled in the ROTC in 1973 and has been in the Air Force Guard or Reserves as a military lawyer ever since. Sooooo, when Obama signs the DADT repeal and the military brass gives the final OK, Graham can swing his closet door wide open. If he doesn’t… OUT the closeted bastard.

Please. Let’s have a little sympathy and respect for Lindsay Graham. Let’s just hope that he comes out of his closet and makes amends. Fitz, we certainly don’t wish that he take his own life. Let’s be nice in this forum.

There is never a good excuse to out anyone, and that includes them voting the will of the people before the will of themselves and a select minority within their district.

@Daez: That only works if the elected official is open about themselves. Like women pols who claim to personally oppose abortion, would never have one themselves, and would counsel young women not to have one yet support Pro-Choice legislation because that is what their consituents believe in.
Lindsey’s case is very different. I’m for outing the bastard in the most embarring way possible.

He needs to be outed with undeniable evidence. If votes in favor of gay issues or even abstains, that’s one thing. If he is actively anti-gay, then he needs to be outed. I’ll go a step further and say that if he supports ant-gay leadership, then it’s OK as well.
