Life’s No Carnival For Panama’s Gays
Panama’s homos won’t be participating in this year’s carnival. The Association of New Men and Women claims they can’t “relive” last year’s crackdown on cross-dressers. Don’t worry, though, “gay queen” Mariangel Santander will appear at select events. What a relief!
