The former grand marshall of L.A.’s pride march gets her jazz on with a cover of the ’80s classic, “Don’t You Forget About Me”. The Simple Minds song was made famous when it was heard over the end credits of Ringwald’s classic teen dramedy, The Breakfast Club. Talk about unexpected! The song appears on Ringwalds new jazz album, Except Sometimes, which was released on Tuesday. Check out a sample of the track below.
