Even if she was licensed for conceal and carry, it may not apply to bringing it into the Capitol. Dan White had a license, but had to sneak into City Hall to avoid the metal detectors.
This is not the first time she has been caught with a gun in the capitol building. Once she even got it through the security in her purse.

She's attempted to enter the building TWICE with a gun, she couldn't have helped noticing the weight of a revolver in her purse. The third time this hag tries to smuggle a gun in,strip search her EVERYTIME, she's a KNOWN security risk.
