LOL If Meg Whitman Thought She Was Done Explaining Her Vote for Prop 8
When California gubernatorial candidate and former eBay chief Meg Whitman invited the tech ladies of Silicon Valley to a “get acquainted” event this month, she thought she was going to have a welcome audience. Turns out there were lesbians in the crowd who wondered WTF was up with Whitman’s yes-on-Prop-8 stance that was all “it’s because of my religion” while nothing else Whitman talks about — mostly saving California from fiscal doom — has anything to do with her faith. Meg’s personal assistant is a lesbian who has a child (through a sperm donor) and a partner. For YEARS her assistant has done EVERYTHING for Meg while she got richer and richer, just to turn around and tell her assistant “I don’t believe you and your partner and your child should have the same rights that I do”.
How do you work side by side someone who is an out lesbian for over 10 years and turn around and say to this person that she is less than you? Meg Witman has no heart obviously and has no desire to get to know others who are not like her, rich, white, successful and privileged. She does not represent the people of this state.
Her son is a racist,sexist, homophobe. He called my friend the N word in high school, He got kicked out, then his Meg then made a charitable contribution to Princeton (in form of a building-no lie) and Princeton gladly accepts a racist, sexist, homophobe if cus he has money. Is money not a form of Affirmative Action?
