Madonna Tosses Super Fan In Jail For Leaking Her New Single

Madonna didn’t want you to hear her latest single, “Gimme All Your Luvin.” In fact, she was so furious that it had been leaked before her final mix, that police launched something called “Operation Madonnaleaks” to hunt down the 31-year-old Spanish culprit behind the leak and toss him in jail.

He has since been charged and released, but always the imperious queen, Madonna said, “My true fans wouldn’t do this.” Yeah, her true fans would never share bootlegs or preview recordings of her songs over the internet—never!

As an apology, the leaker should consider sending Madonna some hydrangeas—she loathes them.

Jail? Really? You can go to fucking JAIL for leaking a goddam unreleased pop song? And police have no higher priority than tracking down these dangerous criminals?

Crimes are offenses against society generally; not offenses against celebrities, individually. Jail is for people who have, or intend to cause crimes. What harm has the leaker caused? Madonna evidently wasn’t going to sell this particular unmixed version of the song anyway. So…where is the injury?

If Madonna is the only person injured, and the injury is purely financial, Madonna has every right to track down the person and sue for monetary damages if she feels she must. But to insist they’re tracked down by police and jailed?

Holy shit. What a horrid, entitled asshole she has become.

Madonna is a cunt. Heffa thinks she’s still relevant. It must be tough seeing truly talented female artists like Adele and Rhianna steal your thunder. But Madonna’s latest stunt – going after this poor Spaniard, is beyond the pale. I hope she’s booed off the Super Bowl stage.

I heard that leak and as a longtime Madonna fan, unless she plans to rework that song entirely, she shouldn’t bother.

She’ll be lucky if people even want to pirate it. They sure as heck won’t be buying it! And no, throwing Nicki Minaj and MIA on a bad song won’t make it a hit.

To put it in words Madonna would understand — that song is like hydrangeas to the ears.

I mean, she is a 53 year old woman. Can’t she use her life experience to come up with lyrics a little more poignant than “Gimmie All Your Luvin”?!

Seriously, it just might be time to retire.

Madonna has no say in the arrest. He was arrested because it is against the law and he got caught.

Whether Madonna’s song is important to you or not, it’s important to her. And it’s important to the people that put hard work into making it and who deserve as much money as they possibly think they can make from it. Madonna didn’t make the song herself. It’s a team of people. And they all stand to make money from it. And perhaps this dumb spanish idiot just blew part of their income. What a bunch of self righteous twits on this board who throw out the c word at her for trying to protect her work. I hope every single one of you gets something stolen from you. I will be the first to make fun of you.

He broke copyright law whether you like it or not! It’s a risk you take if you leak stuff. A well known Madonna site was shut down 3 weeks ago for posting pics. from a newspaper ….er copyright infringement apparently! Shut down in this case, not by Madonna, but by the copyright agency of the country in which the blogger resides! BTW the man was arrested, questioned and released on bail! He was not jailed ….. yet!

The record company went after him, not Madonna. It was intellectual property and HOW did he get ahold of it to begin with? It’s not like it was a released song that was posted online or Youtube, it was stolen. Think about the value of a song and how many people download songs on Itunes. Translate that into $ and I can see why. You all would be pissed if someone jacked your ipod or iphone on the way to work and want someone thrown in jail over it so why not someone that stole intellectual property he had no business having to begin with?

Since when are Madonna’s songs “intellectual”? Her early hits were the prototypes for the AutoTune garbage we hear so much of these days. Like A Virgin was sped up to make her sound like an 11 year old slut reciting from the Chipmunks’ catalogue.
