Forget the Twinkie defense: A man from Orange County, California, claims seeing a lesbian couple engage in some PDA forced him into a frenzy that ended with the death of two innocent motorists.
Back in 2005, Jon Tafoya (right) and his girlfriend were enjoying dinner with another couple in Mission Viejo, when the other woman jokingly licked his girlfriend’s clothed cleavage.
Tafoya, 28, stormed out, hopped into his Chevy pickup and started driving like a madman. When police stopped him, Tafoya disobeyed an order to turn his car off—instead speeding away at 90MPH on the wrong side of the road.
Things came to a tragic end when he smashed into another car head on, killing two people inside.

When he was arraigned, Tafoya said it wasn’t the beer, tequila, cocaine and marijuana in his system that made him go loco—it was “witnessing an act of lesbianism that offended his moral standards,” reports OC Weekly.
Well, naturally.
Then again, Tafoya does have a rap sheet—one including convictions for DUI, cocaine possession and masturbating in front of a 14-year-old girl—so we’re not sure how credible his claim is.
In 2008, he was convicted of two counts of second-degree murder and sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.

I can understand where he was coming from. When you see something that effects you, you can’t help but react. In the same manner when I hear about people like Jon Tafoya, it makes me react…I shake my head in disbelief and hope he gets some fucking help!
