Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer Legally Marries (A Woman) In Connecticut

Scott Stringer, the Manhattan borough president, made good on his promise not to get married in New York State because The Gays aren’t allowed to. So he got married in New Haven, Conn. on Friday. Typical snobbish New Yorker: Working in New York, escaping to the ‘burbs in time for the weekend.

This is the kind of politician we need. I wish this family wonderful, wedded bliss and my blessings on their marriage.

What? A *politician* who kept his promise?

And how many of you remember Stringer at the clubs back in the 80’s? Remember, Ed Koch pretended as well.

It was a publicity stunt for when he runs for Mayor in 2013, that’s all.
