I am sorry, she is stereotyping. I am not “flamingly queenie” and I would not mind a little wine and dine. Conversely, I wine and dine as well. I know a lot of “flamingly queenie” men who get insulted if you treat them like a Victorian woman. It really depends on the person.
My thing is to spoil and be spoiled. It is all about equality and partnership. Some dates you float. Some dates you are spoiled. Some dates are dutch. We don’t all want someone who is going to “pay the bills.”
I give her kudos for trying to be open-minded. It’s too bad she doesn’t understand human nature enough to be so.
She isn’t sterotyping…she said queenie “and he goes for butch.” Her point is you have to listen to what people want—not a all gay guys are the same. Beliefs like that are great things to have. Kudos to her.

I hire rent boys. I just want them for what they advertise, sex, and for them to leave afterwards. Can’t imagine sleeping with a stranger all night and waking up robbed of my solid gold Rolex watch the next morning. Dinner companions are a different field. Friends who have nothing to do with sex, just good political conversation.
But Stanger isn’t about hooking up for sex, Charley, she’s a matchmaker. In fact, one of her rules is “NO SEX.” I really don’t understand where your comment concerning rent boys comes in, contextually.
I’m confused as well. It’s the rent boys that worry me with thgeir potential for theft and/or violence. How embarrassing – paying to get yourself ripped off. Staying overnight has nothing to do with it.
