I congratulate Matt in coming out! I watched several episodes of K Y and, darn, my gaydar didn’t fail me again I’m sure his career will not be affected by this disclosure, in fact, might even enhance it! His ‘partner is cute, too so they seem to be a match!

@pscheck2: Yeah, he had my gayday pinging all over the place on Kyle XY. I could never tell if he was just a really bad actor or was desperately trying to lower his voice and sound “straight”.
Once I saw that video of him at a Kathy Griffin party and hear what I can only assume is his normal voice, well, at that point there was NO doubt LOL!

Everyone’s gaydar is 100% after the fact. Mine is really good too and I didn’t have a clue from the TV show. There are any number of straight guys I know who talk the way he did in the series. I do however, remember watching some extra features on a DVD or an entertainment segment which talked about his fabulous condo/apartment, his girlfriend etc. I don’t remember him doing anything in particular but I got this very slight something which I immediately dismissed. I was thinking, oh you just want him to be Gay because he is so cute. Also, What exactly is a bad actor? Personally, I don’t think anyone can touch Jane Wyman, Burgess Meredith, Gary Cooper, etc. from the bygone era, but I think Matt is as good as anyone else his age.

You’re right Ms Urethra. Mean spirited Perez did out him in his gossip blog and even hinted at a romance with actor Aaron Samuels. Since then, Matt has remained more discreet as he tried to get more straight roles like the young lover of Rebecca Romijin’s character on the now defunct ABC series The Witches of Eastwick. Other than that and Kyle XY, we haven’t seen much of him. But congrats on the upcoming nuptials.

…please do not misunderstand me here, but concerning actors famous or not coming out etc does seem to be hotting up. When you realize the amount there are…(good looking men in the movie business) there must be a huge percentage still in the closet, just can’t believe it! I mean; how many men are there? Well there’s got to be quite a few but obviously it all probably comes at a price. Come on show some back bone and lets have more coming out stories…
