Popular lesbian journalist Rachel Maddow used her MSNBC show last night to call out multiple members of John McCain’s campaign for being continually “unavailable” to her media requests. [HuffPo]
Rachel Maddow rules the airwaves. I love her for not only extending invitations to people who will probably disagree with her politically, but for embarrassing them for their refusal to disagree in public, face to face.

I don’t agree with Rachel often, but I have to say she is immensely talented and exceedingly intelligent. I still hope for more political diversity on the channel…but at least Rachel has a devotion to the truth with a journalistic ferocity generally lacking other places. Good for her for calling out McCain’s campaign…

They’re only “available” for Fox News because they’re alergic to the truth. I love her show! GO RACHEL!
Is being afraid to go on Rachel’s show homophobic? She is a lesbian, and obviously strikes fear in their hearts.

I really like her screen presence. “really! I’m not kidding.” cracked me up.
Republicans know they can’t win if people actually see who they are, so it’s no wonder they’re avoiding the media like the plague.
In any case, I’m loving Maddow’s new show. She’s great!
