Republicans know they can't win if people actually see who they are, so it's no wonder they're avoiding the media like the plague.

Rachel Maddow rules the airwaves. I love her for not only extending invitations to people who will probably disagree with her politically, but for embarrassing them for their refusal to disagree in public, face to face.
I don't agree with Rachel often, but I have to say she is immensely talented and exceedingly intelligent. I still hope for more political diversity on the channel…but at least Rachel has a devotion to the truth with a journalistic ferocity generally lacking other places. Good for her for calling out McCain's campaign…
