Thank you, Iowa, for what you have done to uphold the Constitution.” Referring to the judges as “black robed masters,” Bachmann also demanded to see their birth certificates.

….but it’s all pretty monstrous and stupid that judges suffer the common herd to vote or not for them. How can you have an independent judiciary if the judges are not independent?? Being voted out because they do something the great unwashed, whipped up by the bigoted newspaper/media owners, don’t like is unstable and dangerous.
Far better to have judges totally independent, and operating within a self contained bureaucracy not prey to the whims of the bigoted electorate.
I mean what is the difference between this and Iran or some other 3rd world hell hole?

George Stephanopoulos once asked her if she believed Obama was born in the U.S. She refused to answer it. Funny how she didn’t ask John McCain to produce his birth certificate, even though he was born in Panama. This is more to do with racism. They just don’t like an African American in the White House and a democrat no less. They’ll deny it of course, but that’s what’s at the bottom of all the hate and the bashing in the media. GOP = racist, period.
