Mike Huckabee Congratulates Iowa For Sparking Allegedly National Anti-Gay Movement

Speaking yesterday to a church crowd of 1,000 evangelical conservatives in Des Moines, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee applauded voters there for ousting the three gay-loving State Supreme Court justices. And for starting a revolución!

“The significance and historic nature of the judicial elections here in Iowa were far bigger than the borders of Iowa,” says Huckabee, who was basically on a pre-campaign campaign stop. (He is “open to considering” making a run for the GOP presidential nomination.) “It was a very important statement that voters made, a statement that resonated across the country and one that I think will give legs to a larger movement over the next few years.”
