Things haven’t been going so well between Miss California USA and Carrie Prejean, the fallen beauty pageant star current hanging from a home in West Hollywood. First, Carrie sued K2 Productions, which produces Miss California USA, for super fun things like slander, libel, religious discrimination, public disclosure of private facts and infliction of emotional distress, because she was tired of getting all the blame from her anti-gay Miss USA Q&A. And now K2 is returning the favor: They’re suing Prejean to get her to pay up for the $5,200 loan they gave her for those implants that made her more, ahem, pageant ready. Maybe they can garnish her wages!

Miss America and the State organizations are charities “providing scholarships.” How do they justify buying breast implants? Does this mean HRC can get Joe Solmonese a hair transplant? Or have they already done that?
