Miss Fame Drops First Music Video, ‘Rubber Doll,’ Off Upcoming Debut Album

RuPaul’s Drag Race season 7’s Miss Fame has dropped ‘Rubber Doll,’ the first music video and single off of her upcoming debut album.

Miss-Fame-geek-mythology-04web“Rubber Doll is a new take on my identity,” shared Miss Fame. “It details how my obsession with beauty and makeup helped me to evolve into an alluring creation that captivates imaginations. The lyrics are taken from entries in my own journal.”

The fierce new video was produced by Killingsworth Recording Company, the same studio that produced Adore Delano‘s debut album last year.

“I drew up the storyline over a year ago when the persona of Miss Fame was still in the evolutionary stage,” Miss Fame revealed. Dressed in sickening high fashion latex pieces by Tableaux Vivants and Zana Bayne, Miss Fame notes that the lyrics became something of a mood-board for creating a masterpiece that combines the old Hollywood glamour of actress Marlene Dietrich and the charisma of 1990s supermodel Linda Evangelista.
