Montana GOP Willing To Abandon Commitment ‘To Keep Homosexual Acts Illegal’?

Montana’s Republican State Sen. John Brueggeman will next year introduce a bill to strike down the state’s existing law declaring gay sex illegal — which the state GOP currently supports — despite a Supreme Court ruling that says, uh, no they’re not.
