Nonsense. Maybe it’s the place with the most condom use. or condom PURCHASE. I am in the Bay Area, and free condoms are expected. (for those who use them). I can’t imagine paying for a condom here.

@jd: ok, still.. usage… It just means they are using more condoms. I can’t imagine a more sexually active place than this.

I love how this had to be an insult the fat guy article. That is really what you guys managed to turn it into. While people in Houston have more sex its fat sex so who would want that is the whole stance of the article.
I also love the condom preaching. This is destined to become another “safe sex” is the only sex article spouted off by crystal queens that do 10 hook ups a week while condoms are only 90% affective, but still desire to bitch about guys in committed relationships that have sex with their partners, who they know the history of and know the status of, without using condoms.
