Morning Aural: Eddie Kendricks

Many of you may know Eddie Kendricks as one of The Temptations’ founding fathers, but the late singer had quite a solo career of his own, as exhibited in “If You Let Me,” which you’ll see above, and “I Did It All For You,” which we’ve stuffed down below.

I first learned of Eddie from his work as a founder and lead singer of The Temptations. And then I learned of his solo work and was blown away. His solo work can stand alone and should be ranked with his work with The Temptations. Eddie Kendrick is a soul legend in his own right!
