Kim Carnes‘ raspy voice helped cement her astounding musical career, primarily due to the success of her 1981 single, “Bette Davis Eyes”.

That track – the second highest selling single of the year – garnered Carnes two Grammy Awards: record of the year and song of the year. If you don’t know this track, you should. And if you do know it, we hope it brings back some memories, preferably dirty ones.
