Morning Aural: Moving Units

Hailing from California, trio Moving Units aim to, well, get your units moving.

The dance punk outfit first formed in 2001 from the ashes of drummer Chris Hathwell’s disbanded band, Festival of Dead Deer. Joined by singer Blake Miller and bassist Johan Bogeli, Hathwell found fresh success with Moving Units, which has worked with Blur, Hot Hot Heat and, most recently, Nine Inch Nails. Give the boys a listen and let us know whether they make you move. First up: “Between Us and Them”. After the jump: “Scars” and a fan-vid for “Anyone”.
