Morning Aural: Of Montreal

Kevin Barnes’ Georgia-based outfit Of Montreal may be one of our favorite aural finds. The collective’s psychedelic indie-pop really makes us pop. Above you can see the video for “Wraith Pinned to the Mist and Other Games” from 2005′s The Sundlandic Twins.

After the jump, we’ve included. “Dis-connect the Dots” from 2004′s Satanic Panic in the Attic and “Requiem for O.M.M.2″, also off of The Sunlandic Twins.

Of Montreal is great. I first heard about them from an ex-boyfriend, who contended that the lead singer was gay. That turned out to be a lie, but the band is still great.
