A flat ass is easyier to recognize than describe. A greta ass just makes our head spin A flart ass is where the trunk and legs lie on the same perpendicular plain. No buns. just a hole. On the other hand, A "high riding ass" or a shapely ass turns up and out at the base of the spine, with muscularity, and a certain knowingness.
