My no-heavy-lifting standard, before I send my fellow message board posters to see ‘the new one’ is: 1) Would Brian Kinney do him; 2) Would I watch Brian Kinney do him? So this guy gets a pass, since we’ve seen far worse things leave that fictional character’s loft. But Nigel IS as vacant as queerty can routinely find them.

I’m glad about today’s Morning Goods ’cause I’m sure Rowen will like him. Personally though, he does nothing for me…less than nothing acutally. If it’s possible to get negative wood, then I have it. I’d rather do John McCain and Betty White in a threesome after dinner at a T.G.I. Friday’s in Iraq and I really don’t wanna do that!

Perfection. Love the pouting Pattti Hansen lips. And with that swirl of white in the middle of his hair, he’s like Susan Sontag on steroids. DNA never disappoints.

Would somebody please tell me what is less than perfect about this guy?
Don’t blame the model for the look. In case you haven’t watched any of the reality TV modeling shows that blank look is one that photographers want so that the viewers can project whatever they desire onto the models.
Also how do we know he is Puerto Rican?
Finally, how sophomoric of all of us to assume that brains and beauty are mutually exclusive.

He’s hot in a kind of cartoon character way. I hope it’s due to whatever computer program they used to add effects – He just doesn’t look real, and I don’t mean because he’s hot.

Actually, one of the main complaints of the judges and photographers on reality shows is that they look dead in the eyes or are showing no emotion with their eyes. This guy looks like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Ugh.

He puts me in mind of the actor/musician Rick Nelson.
He has a strong jawline with a small mouth, that unsmiling looks “pouty” :(
In the ‘white pants’ photo he begins to give us a smile, a hint of the inner man. ;)
He has a nice body, very well proportioned. :)
Based upon the photos I would put him in the ‘Friend’ category instead of the ‘Lover’ category.

He’s not beautiful…if you’re going by face (which I do). But then again these things are in the eye of the beholder. Give me a tatooed hood or wannabe over these blow-dried dickless wonders any day of the week.
No one is taking up model2916 on his offer to sell himself like he was Eliot Spitzer’s bitch? I feel kinda sad that he has to drum up business this way…look at what this horrible economy is doing to our whores! Where’s their bail out?

He just doesn’t do it for me. I’d rather have a man with a slightly less chiseled body and a much cuter face. They’re also more attainable… maybe that’s what you guys like? Feeling like you can’t get him?

I am not one to judge the models but I really have to say that this one looks like he is made of plastic. Sorry – I usually like the models but I am just not into a man who looks like a mannequin.

He made me stop and look at DNA Magazine, I try not to be torn to men, but some are just so close to an definition of beauty. I’m told Nigel is as straight as a die, but he needs to breed -we more Nigels in the world and preferably near me!

He is beautiful, has an amazing smooth body with great proportions and world-class pecs. And there are certainly no reasons to assume anything about his intelligence just based on the photos. This comment thread is full of a–holes. I’m not into the hairy rough look, but I don’t feel the need to put all of the guys in that category down whenever they show up. I think gay guys like to trash pretty boys in order to feel macho or something.

In the past few months, while finding and saving photos of males, I have occasionally read comments on blogs about male models. I just read (and saved) comments (posted 20 MAR 2008) on queerty re Nigel Paschini. When I saw the first photo of Nigel, I was puzzled because his face appeared vacant. In most of the next 25 photos of Nigel, I found the same. He’s handsome, but his face seems vacant. I understand that photographers will direct models to look certain ways, and I accept that. But I think that photographers are mistaken to think that vacant, unsmiling faces are appealing. I would think that the vast majority of male models are happy with their physiques – in the sense that they are willing to be photographed for more than their faces, more than their ability to pose in certain ways, and more than their ability to wear clothes. If they are happy, the photographer – unless he is shooting a certain mood – should have the model smile. The smile doesn’t have to be a blinding grin, just a natural smile of personal happiness. When I look at a photo of another male, my primary question is, would I feel happy if I were this man? If I had the kind of physique which most male models have, I want to think that I would feel immensely happy and would have a big smile on my face most of the time. The smile would reflect my fundamental feeling of love for my body.
Some of the comments on the queerty post seemed to assume that Nigel chose the face which Nature gave him. I have to wonder about the faces of the men who posted such comments. Obviously, every man has his own idea about what constitutes handsomeness. (I would guess that this is especially true of gay men.) But no man chose the face which Nature gave him, and there will always be disagreement about whether a particular man is handsome. I think that it is more important to consider whether a male model is taking good care of his body. Also, consider that something which cannot be found in any photo is the character of the man. Is he a shmuck, or is he a genuinely nice person?
If I were Nigel Paschini, I would think that I’m handsome.

How come Queety doesn’t like this guy? He’s gorgeous! Especially in that blue Armani piece!
No-one could love him as much as he loves himself.
Hey, you may be right. Nobody may love him as much as he loves himself; BUT, I’d sure like to try.
Boring, I’m now officially bored of Morning Goods.
Are all models instructed not to smile? What’s up with that? In anticipation of enjoying his body I’d be grinning ear to ear!
His lips keep changing sizes, and it’s kinda scar. Not to mention his hair makes me want to go read David Eddings.
I’m glad about today’s Morning Goods ’cause I’m sure Rowen will like him. Personally though, he does nothing for me…less than nothing acutally. If it’s possible to get negative wood, then I have it. More Puerto Rican Morning Goods! (I won’t stop asking til it happens so the editors might as well do it…)
Nice body for a Ken doll. I wonder if that head is interchangeable.
The dead behind the eyes… it hurts.
My birthday is Monday the 31st. Give me one at least 30 and that looks as close as can come to Chris Meloni.
Perfection. Love the pouting Pattti Hansen lips. And with that swirl of white in the middle of his hair, he’s like Susan Sontag on steroids. DNA never disappoints.

I could whack it to this guy – can’t say that about many models.
Is he wearing eye makeup? Yuk! He does nothing for me.
Can’t compete with Levy. Nice bod though.
I think you guys are missing the point — There are choices other than “hairless steroid ken doll queen” and “skinny hairless waif drug addict.”
Maybe we should go back to the Brazilian men. I feel like they pleased almost everyone.
He’s has more make up on than a prom queen.
I wonder if he likes other things up his butt? But beyond that, I am not one of his fans…
He puts me in mind of the actor/musician Rick Nelson.

But hairless steroid Ken Doll queens are hot! Seriously!! I like all good-looking guys, and that includes these.
I mean… he just looks so… empty.
Some photos are better than others. I know models work to perfect that look, but the hairstyle and the dead eyes are a huge turn off.
I want men in the Hugh Jackman category up here. That’s my request.

Re: parisinla
Sign me up for the enmasse group (that could be interesting also…maybe we wont even need the pretty boy)
I’m glad to see more comments on this than any of those political posts. we gay men know what’s important. Hot men in underwear!
catty, catty. you’re never happy are you guys? Nice mention of Brian Kinney!!loved QAF
Don’t hate him because he’s beautiful. I bet he gets followed around the gym.

No wonder the Renaissance masters were so good. Look at the subject matter they had to work with.
He looks a lot like Ben Stiller’s Zoolander character; only in an adult-sized body.
I don’t get it – is the model behind the A&F mannequin?
he is flawless…
He made me stop and look at DNA Magazine, I try not to be torn to men, but some are just so close to an definition of beauty. I’m told Nigel is as straight as a die, but he needs to breed -we more Nigels in the world and preferably near me!
I have known Nigel for several years and can tell you all that he not only looks good and firm, but he is also very handy around the bedroom.
You-re a lucky guy! Good to hear he’s good in the bedroom, do you know if he’s any good in the bathroom too? As I need some tiling?
Also any idea how much time and effort he puts to looking that optimal? As it looks like a good excerise plan to follow?
esta hermoso, la verdad. sin palabras.
