National Organization for Marriage Claims Coverage of Its Lie-Riddled Ad Is Illegal

Cable lez Rachel Maddow has been diligently covering the National Organization for Marriage's bogus "2M4M" (Two Million For Marriage) campaign. But for some odd reason, the liars at NOM don't like her coverage! So they filed a copyright infringement claim with YouTube, asserting a clip of Maddow's broadcast which excerpted NOM's "A Storm Is Coming" ad was illegal. Except as any intellectual property attorney will tell you, it wasn't. It was fair use. And it's one more sign NOM is trafficking in illicit tactics to spread its lies.

YouTube needs to be a little more on the ball when it comes to fair use and not so timid.
